Abstract

The School Registry plays a central role in the academic organization of educational institutions, being responsible for gathering, recording, and keeping updated the information that documents the educational trajectory of students. Recognizing its importance, this booklet was prepared with the purpose of offering clear and accessible guidance on the main flows and procedures involved in the sector, contributing to more efficient and transparent communication between students, families, and staff. Entitled "Booklet with Guidance on the Main Flows and Procedures of the School Registry," this production is part of the set of actions developed within the scope of the Postgraduate Program in Professional and Technological Education (ProfEPT) of the Federal Institute of Acre (Ifac) - Rio Branco campus. Its main objective is to facilitate access to and understanding of the processes that make up the routine of the School Registry, such as enrollment, re-enrollment, suspension, cancellation, transfers, issuance of transcripts, certificates and diplomas, as well as justifications and excused absences.
